Firstly, the packaging of the product is not quite Apple, but very close. Well packed, simple instructions, easy set up. It makes absolutely no noise in operation apart from occasional sound of water. One of our cats took to it straight away and now uses it exclusively. The other is taking a bit of time to come around to it. The product appears really well made and well designed. It is heavy enough and non-slip so it can’t be knocked over. it separates from power for servicing. Refil is easy, it has an indicator light to advise the water level. Appears to be a very well thought out and manufactured product. Everything is a nice firm fit and the silent operation is a bonus.
